Great success of FLSmidth participation at the 59th Cement Industry Technical Conference IEEE-IAS/PCA hosted in Calgary 21-25th of May 2017.

In particular Airtech presented a paper on "Removal of VOC, NOx, CO and Dust by Flexible Catalytic Solutions".  The work explains how FLSmidth Airtech catalytic filtration technologies are capable to remove efficiently and all-in-one different pollutants, representing a new standard in multi pollution control.

The two complementary technologies presented are CataMax™, ceramic catalytic filtration system, and CataFlex®, wovenglass bags with a special catalytic formula developed on this purpose. Installations in cement plants are already operational with outstanding results and a new big installation, the first of its type, will be soon ultimate and ready for operations. Airtech confirms its leadership introducing new state of the art technologies and pursuing continuous improvement and development, to secure compliance with the strictest emission limits.
