FLSmidth signs EPC contract in Iraq

FLSmidth has signed a contract with Iraq Cement Co., to supply a cement plant for the Al Muthana region in the south of Iraq.

The contract is a full EPC contract, comprising engineering, all FLSmidth equipment supplies, erection, construction, commissioning and training. The cement plant will produce 6,000 tonnes per day and feature the latest technology to ensure an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient production process.
