The unique high energy efficient OK cement 

The cement industry has seen a trend towards large-capacity, high-efficiency vertical roller mills for cement grinding in recent years. Driven by increasing energy costs and large-capacity production lines together with increasing demand for high reliability and low maintenance costs, the vertical roller mill has become the natural choice for cement grinding.

Other factors also play a significant role. A high capacity rate and drying capability allows the use of additives with high moisture content. In addition, the vertical roller mill provides the flexibility to easily change from one product type to another in minutes. 

Since the introduction of the OK vertical roller mill to the cement market in 1982, it has built an impressive track record with 130 mills successfully supplied to cement plants around the world. This presentation will address how the OK mill’s unique design contributes to its superior performance.
